Your Session
Sessions pull from a decade of training in medical massage, somatic experiencing, breathwork, Reiki, and psychology.
Setting
Dress as you would for a physical therapy or chiropractic appointment. Through your session, you may be seated, lying, or standing. Some sessions will be primarily hands-on, including massage, stretching, and deep tissue, while others may focus more on guided verbal cues (somatic therapy) to help you regulate your body.

Modalities/Techniques
Part of the magic of this work is that every session is tailored to your present needs. You may only know that your hips hurt. Maybe we need stretches to help your muscles release. Maybe it’s something deeper on an energetic or emotional level. Sometimes it’s the muscle, other times it’s the fascia.

Initial Assessments
Treatment begins with a verbal and visual assessment. This session is for you, and we will choose which tools address the root cause of your symptoms. Some of my clients have clear goals, like increasing shoulder mobility or releasing years of tension from a traumatic experience. Others know they don’t feel their best, and simply want to feel more comfortable in their bodies.
Assessments may include:
-
Active & passive range of motion
-
Health history (medical and physical)
-
Allergies, contraindications
-
Gait analysis (walking)
-
Postural assessment
-
Palpation of problematic areas
-
History of stress, trauma, or patterns of nervous system response

Ongoing Support
I may suggest movements or other practices to help support you between sessions. The goal is for you to “graduate” from treatment, returning only when you need a tune-up. We will work together as a team to help you find exactly what your body needs to heal.

Before
-
Take a moment to reflect on what you’d like to gain or release.
-
Let me know about any injuries, pain, or areas of concern.
-
If you’re running late, please text or call. Sessions more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled and billed.
During
-
Communicate anything that helps you feel supported and comfortable.
-
Expect both hands-on treatment and gentle verbal guidance to help your body release, regulate, and reconnect.
After
-
You may feel lighter, calmer, and/or an increase in emotionality after your session.
-
Hydrate, rest, and avoid overstimulation to help your body integrate the changes.
Location
I work from my home studio in Midtown Phoenix, at the crosstreets of McDowell and Central Avenue, just off the I-10. After time working from gyms, shared studios, and traveling, I created a home studio to maintain the calm, grounded energy of the space.

There is free street parking next to my complex, and I’ll send you a parking pin on the day of your appointment. When you arrive, please text or call, and I will meet you to walk you in.

Address
1616 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ
Mobile Massage
I may be willing to travel within 30 minutes of central Phoenix. Please email for details on pricing and availability. To work from your home or workspace, I’ll need an open area at least the size of a king-sized bed, with enough privacy to remain uninterrupted for the duration of the session. These considerations help ensure the highest quality of care.
Pricing & Payment
Payment is due after your session. Four- and eight-packs reduce your per-session cost and include preferred scheduling for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions.

Accepted Payments
Venmo is preferred, but I also accept Zelle or cash.

Tipping is optional. It is always appreciated, but never expected.
